Baseball Toaster was unplugged on February 4, 2009.
With the help of BP's Clay Davenport, I was able to incorporate into the study his fielding stats for all of the players in AL.
The results are about the same for Derek Jeter overall, though Miguel Tejada becomes more of a clear-cut favorite:
